Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation Services

Vocational Evaluation is an educational process in which a client obtains greater self and work knowledge through participation in work activities designed to evaluate vocational skills, interests, and abilities. Clients learn about the functional impact of their disability in relation to their career options. Our CRP provides an unique experience where our clients can work and get paid while participating in a custom tailored evaluation designed to meet their individual needs.

Employee Development Services

The program assists in enabling individuals with limitations to move towards competitive integrated employment in the community. Training is provided through the use of contract work outsourced from local companies and in-house production to develop the individual’s work abilities. Participants work with staff to develop an individual plan for employment in order to eliminate barriers, gain work skills, and gain employment in jobs of their choice.  EDS training is time limited and dependent upon individualized needs and does not generally last more than three months.

Community Employment Services

The CES Program develops partnerships with employers to provide job opportunities to qualifying participants. Individualized job development, on-the-job training, and follow-up services enable individuals to reach their fullest potential in jobs of their choice.
